I love this book. It is an extremely human and readable guide that gives leaders a clear understanding of how vital it is to learn to adapt to the new realities of 21st Century business. It also provides an engaging roadmap for doing so. This book should be required reading in every business school.

This book put in one place everything I had been looking for in terms of doing business is a conscious way. It is a guidebook that illustrates that there doesn't have to be losers and winners in business, there are ways that we can all win, and help others while supporting ourselves. The style of the book is unique in that everything is broken down into digestible bite-sized chunks that helped me to absorb the information on the Emergent Reality, with lots of supporting quotes to reinforce the ideas put forth.
