Ken Bardach Co-Author of Noble Leadership Launches Book at FDC, Brazil’s Premier Business School

FDC, one of Brazil’s leading business schools, recently hosted Ken Bardach, an adjunct faculty member and co-author of the groundbreaking new book Noble Leadership in the Emergent Reality, for an exclusive series of book launch events. Over the span of 10 days, from September 16th to 26th, Bardach delivered eight impactful presentations to a diverse range of client groups at FDC’s Belo Horizonte campus.

The audiences included two Executive MBA cohorts and alumni, faculty, and senior staff from FDC’s Leadership Center, as well as a distinguished group of over 300 G20 delegates attending a prestigious two-day program at the school. Each presentation resonated deeply with attendees as Bardach explored the four quantum powers of Noble Leadership—Higher Purpose, Living Values, Human Spirit, and Oneness Consciousness. He shared insightful stories from interviews with 26 noble leaders from various countries, industries, genders, and faiths, demonstrating how these principles can transform leadership, drive organizational success, and promote the sustainable development of society.

The presentations were widely praised, sparking significant interest in open enrollment and customized corporate leadership programs currently being developed at FDC, reflecting the demand for deeper engagement with the principles of Noble Leadership.

This successful book launch further solidifies Ken Bardach’s reputation as a thought leader in leadership development and FDC’s role as a hub for transformative business education.
